The CRM training costs € 550, - (VAT exempt), including lunch and coffee/tea. You can register using the form below.

The training is suitable for all healthcare professionals who want to learn more about collaboration and communication. This applies to both acute care and non-acute care.

Crew Resource Management originally originated in aviation. Here, CRM principles are used today in both stressful situations under high (presentation) pressure and during "quiet" moments. We explain this in our training!

No! You don't have to prepare for the training. Of course you can! That's why we send optional preparation in advance to dive into the subject matter. Both related to CRM, and the basics of flying.

The training consists largely of practical cases in our flight simulators. However, we start the day with a number of short presentations and videos to ensure you are well prepared to enter the simulators!

SimFlying has two professional flight simulators and an air traffic control station. In the case studies, we divide the group over the different stations, each with its own role. From pilot to air traffic controller and radio operator, everyone is actively involved in communicating and working together.

Of course we are not going to reveal the content of the case studies, so we will keep that a secret until you follow the training with us in Aalsmeer!

Yes, we have already received several professional groups, staff boards and partnerships that have booked our Crew Resource Management refresher course as a retreat day.

The training can be partially adapted to the specific goals of the retreat. For example, think of creating an open culture of addressing.

Payments

You can pay us by IDEAL or bank transfer. The payment instructions / details can be found on the invoice.

You can choose to pay immediately or at a later time. Are you paying at a later time? Then we will send the invoice with a payment term to the specified email address.

When you register, select your preferred payment method.

Yes, that is possible. You can indicate this when registering, or by email.

No, our training is exempt from VAT (0%). SimVentures BV (trade name SimFlying) is registered in the Central Register for Short Professional Education (CRKBO).

Change and/or cancel

You can change the date free of charge up to 30 days before the training if you are unexpectedly unable to attend. The new training must then take place within 6 months. See also our general terms and conditions.

You are entitled to a 14-day reflection period. During this period, you can cancel your training free of charge. Do you want to cancel later? Then we charge cancellation costs:

  • €100 (excluding VAT) for cancellations at least 30 days in advance.
  • If you cancel within 30 days, we will charge 50% cancellation costs of the original training price.
