SimFlying's CRM training is a unique and essential education for healthcare professionals who want to optimize communication and human factors in their work. In this classroom-based course, participants will become aware of the crucial human factors that underlie errors and learn effective communication, behavioral skills and professional conduct using lessons from aviation.

None boring role play

Our CRM training is not boring! You will be in a real flight simulator where pilots also train. You will work together with real pilots in a realistic scenario.

SimFlying's CRM training is accredited by the Quality Register for Nurses & Caregivers and the KNMG Federation of Physicians (Cluster 1 & 2). As a nurse, nurse specialist or (family) doctor, you can follow your further training at SimFlying!

Nurse

Nurses and caregivers receive 7 accreditation points for following the CRM refresher training.

Nurse specialist

As a nurse specialist, you will receive 5 accreditation points after completing our unique further training.

Doctor & Medical Specialist

As a (family) doctor or medical specialist in Cluster 1 or 2, you will receive 6 accreditation points after completing the CRM refresher training.

Step out of your our own area

Because you are no longer in your our own environment works you can no longer fall back on learned methodology(ies), knowledge and experience. You are taken out of your comfort zone, challenged more with new and different stimuli. You have to start thinking, communicating and acting 'consciously' again.

Airbus A320

We work with an advanced Airbus A320 simulator. This aircraft has been flown by Transavia in the Netherlands since 2024. KLM will also gradually switch to the Airbus A2024 in the summer of 320. A nice side effect of this training!

Boeing 737

We also work with the Boeing 737NG. One of the most successful aircraft series of the American manufacturer. Flying the Boeing brings extra challenges. Ideal to increase the pressure during the training a little further to demonstrate and experience the importance of CRM.
