House rules SimFlying
Revision 1.1 (01-03-2025)
Mayor Hoffscholteweg 3-01, 1431 DN Aalsmeer
1 Introduction
These house rules apply to all users of SimFlying services that take place in the building Burgemeester Hoffscholteweg 3-01. Separate rules apply for and when using the simulator(s). See the service description Airbus A320 or Boeing 737 simulator.
Goal
The aim of the house rules is to keep the shared use of the building and its associated facilities neat and presentable, so that every customer and user of the building gets the same neat and presentable impression every time.
By complying with these rules, we can continue to offer these spaces at a competitive rate.
Preconditions and other remarks
The house rules are in line with and/or subordinate to the rules that apply to the business units and/or the business park (such as use of parking spaces, bicycle storage, etc.)
In case of ambiguity or lack of house rules, SimFlying and/or the instructor on duty will decide how to deal with the situation that has arisen.
Compliance with house rules
By using (part of) the building you agree to the house rules.
Every user of the building follows the house rules. Failure to follow the house rules, especially if this has a negative effect on the image towards customers and other users, will be discussed with the user by SimFlying. The user will be given the opportunity to comply with the house rules. If the user continues to fail to follow the house rules to SimFlying's satisfaction, SimFlying may limit or even stop the use of the building.
2. General
The general house rules are listed below.
Parking lots
SimFlying has 3 parking spaces, located directly in front of the unit. Opposite these parking spaces are 2 general parking spaces. These general parking spaces can, if free, be used by guests of SimFlying and/or third parties who use the location of SimFlying.
SimFlying staff and partners must park their car(s) in the general parking lots to ensure that there are sufficient free parking spaces available for SimFlying customers.

If all parking spaces are full, you can move to the vacant lot on the other side (in the parking lot image on the right, across the road).
Camera Surveillance
To ensure the safety of our customers, employees and equipment, we use camera surveillance. By entering our location, you agree to the fact that you may be recorded by our security cameras. The images are automatically deleted after a certain period, unless they are needed for incident investigation, see our privacy policy.
Use general facilities
General facilities include:
- The toilet located on the ground floor
- The pantry located on the ground floor (including the microwave, the cups, plates, cutlery, etc. present in the cupboards)
- The coffee corner on the first floor
The general facilities may be used by SimFlying customers, and/or third party customers and by partners using the SimFlying location. It is permitted to use household appliances (e.g. coffee machine etc.) and to consume food and/or drinks. It is strictly forbidden to consume food and/or drinks in the simulators.
Snacks, lunch and/or other food items can be temporarily stored in the pantry refrigerator. If the refrigerator is full, the user must provide alternative refrigerated storage. At the end of the day that the building is used, the personal items from the refrigerator must be removed.
Make sure that the front door closes completely.
When leaving the building last, the door must be locked.
It is not permitted in the building:
- Disturb an active sim session (when the curtains are closed)
- To smoke. The request is to smoke outside, around the corner at the green strip.
- To move the furniture without the explicit permission of SimFlying or partners appointed by SimFlying.
- Do not place furniture or other objects against the walls (do not place tables or chairs against wallpaper or blinds).
- To cause noise pollution. If this is the case, the instructor on duty will report this. The instructions of the instructor on duty must always be followed.
3. Use meeting room
If you have rented a temporary space on the first floor (meeting room), the following applies.
At the start, the space is delivered clean and must be delivered clean after use. A next user can then immediately use the (clean) space.
The user shall adhere to the time slot for using the simulator(s), the meeting room or the building in general.
