About Us

SimFlying was founded in 2011 by Peter de Graaf and the first customers were received at the end of 2012. Over the years, SimFlying has grown strongly organically, which led to a practically fully booked agenda in 2018 and 2019, mostly assessment training for professionals.

From March 2020 to June 2021, SimFlying was closed due to the corona pandemic.

Halfway through 2021, Peter handed over the baton to Toby Enzerink & Matthijs Tissen, although he is still actively working as a sim technician in the background. Together with a team of enthusiastic instructors, SimFlying is running at full speed again.

Since June 2023, SimFlying has moved to a larger and more modern building in Aalsmeer with space for two fixed base simulators. At that time, the old B737NG was also phased out and a new B737NG simulator with significantly improved software and hardware was introduced.

At the end of 2023, SimFlying has taken another great step. A brand new Airbus A320 has been purchased, which will be operational in the spring of 2024. As a result, SimFlying offers the Boeing 737 and Airbus A320.
