– BIG number (only applicable for CRM training)

– Execution of an agreement

– Consent of the data subject

– Legitimate interest

– Payment service providers

– Logistic partners

– IT service providers

These parties process your data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We do not transfer your personal data to countries outside the European Union.

SECTION II: CCTV surveillance

11. Purpose

SimFlying uses camera surveillance to ensure the safety of our customers, employees and property. These cameras are clearly visible and are used exclusively for security purposes.

12. Retention period and use of camera images

The recorded camera images are automatically deleted after a maximum of 28 days, unless there is a valid reason to retain the images for a longer period, such as in the event of suspicion of theft or other incidents. In such cases, the relevant images can be downloaded and retained for as long as necessary for the investigation.

13. Access to camera images

Only authorized persons have access to the camera images. These images are not shared with third parties, unless this is required by law or necessary for the investigation of an incident.
