SimFlying and FeniksGroup have started a collaboration to provide healthcare professionals with access to the platform www.jouwzorgopleider.nl to train in Crew Resource Management (CRM). With this collaboration, SimFlying expands its target group and aligns itself more closely with the demand from healthcare.
SimFlying's CRM training focuses on strengthening communication, collaboration and decision-making under pressure - essential skills within any healthcare team. Participants become aware of the human factors that underlie errors and learn to manage them effectively. The content is based on proven concepts from aviation and translated to healthcare practice. Together with FeniksGroup, this training will be further expanded, more about that later.
What sets this training apart is the setting: participants train outside their familiar work environment, in professional flight simulators. This experience challenges, clarifies group processes and emphasizes the essence of teamwork and communication.
