Start your airline career with the APS-MCC from SimFlying
The APS-MCC (Airline Pilot Standards – Multi-Crew Cooperation) training is a training program defined by EASA that prepares pilots for operations in a multi-crew airline environment. SimFlying's APS-MCC training aligns directly with this and translates these requirements into a practical, realistic training focusing on airline operations, cooperation, and decision-making. During the training, you will learn, among other things:
- Operating in a multi-crew Airbus A320 cockpit according to airline SOPs;
- Applying Threat & Error Management (TEM) and Crew Resource Management (CRM) in daily operations;
- Flying a jet aircraft in line-oriented flight training (LOFT) scenarios;
- Acting adequately in normal, abnormal, and emergency situations.
SimFlying is currently undergoing the certification process to offer APS-MCC training under EASA regulations. The first training is expected to take place this summer.
